Independent Advisor Hi Ciao, Thank you for replying. Paul Navera Independent Advisor. I hope I can help you with your concern. It seems that you have already tried almost all of the troubleshooting methods to kind of issue.

Please try these methods that you haven't tried. Manually download and install the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Upgrade windows Upgrade using Windows Update Assistant.
